5801 Arapahoe is a proposed $115M mixed-use, mixed-income community on 15 acres on Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder. It includes 317 dwelling units, both apartments and townhomes, 25 percent of which are below-market and integrated by floor and building with the market-rate units; 15,000 square feet of affordable commercial space targeted at non-profits and small businesses; and, a LEED-Gold, “workforce landscape” design, blending rural and urban-industrial aesthetic elements.
