From SUV to TOD, the neighborhood redefined

30 + Pearl is a proposed $125M mixed-use, mixed-income transit-oriented development on five acres in Boulder Junction, the city's new transit village, site of the former Pollard Jeep dealership. It includes 304 dwelling units, over 50 percent of which are below-market, from 30 to 60 percent of Area Median Income; 21,000 square feet of permanently affordable commercial space; and, an all-electric, LEED-Platinum, near net-zero energy design.
